Just looked in the server and the trap skill is working. It never had the sound on this race so I added it, but otherwise the guy was frozen in place with effects.

Things have just been crazy with COVID, zoom and school stuff with the kids. I am going to try my best to just set this skill to freeze and strip weapons or something as soon as I can.

No, I don't control any of that. From my end, it doesn't look like you have ever made a payment. Does it give you any indication on your dashboard? Maybe something like "pending" or what not.
