Sorry for the back-to-back Santa bugs but i just unlocked the race.

Santa can active his ult and walk the last 5 seconds into the hostage rescue zone. It doesn't rescue the hostage until his ult...

Was playing GunGame.
Set my race to change to Santa after death.
Threw grenade.
Was killed (making race change to Santa)
Grenade exploded and hit enemies with extra damage from Santa.

Its a race with basically 2 skills, longjump and invis. It just has a really high skill cap.

Personally I'd prefer races with high skill caps vs ones...
