All talk & Dead talk

Our servers run with all talk and dead talk on. This means that every players hears what every other player is saying, no matter if dead or on different team.

On some occasions, you may want to turn all voice quickly, maybe because you are the last one standing and want to be able to hear sounds clearly or because it gets too chaotic and loud for your taste. Here is a simple bind that will toggle on or off voice chat:
bind (key) "incrementvar voice_modenable 0 1 1"

The drawback of the above bind is that people currently talking will still be heard until they stop. The bind below may be used instead to also instantly stop people currently speaking. However, on some games, after toggling voice back on using this command, you would need to reconnect to the server for it to take effect.
bind (key) "incrementvar voice_enable 0 1 1"

As of October 5th, 2013:
On CSGO: You don't need to to reconnect, so the better choice is: bind (key) "incrementvar voice_enable 0 1 1"

On CSS: You need to reconnect, so the better choice is: bind (key) "incrementvar voice_modenable 0 1 1"
On TF2: You need to reconnect, so the better choice is: bind (key) "incrementvar voice_modenable 0 1 1"
